Great schedule, great locations, looks good on a resume
Cons
low pay, no vacation until after a year, no insurance benefits, no bonus, no structure, very unstable. Turnover is ridiculous. If you enjoy being micro managed by both of the owners and having to be told 2 different sets of directions from each then this is the job for you.
