Staff - for the amount of time they stay, the people are truly wonderful.

I've seen 8 managers come and go from 2 roles within the 11 months I was with the brand. I was one of their longest-running leaders. I was demoted without cause after returning from major surgery despite no correctives prior. Both studio managers and the area manager all our roles within 30 days due to burnout and incredibly threatening, problematic interactions with the owner. Unreasonable expectations surrounding time management has led to numerous sobbing breakdowns from tenured leaders in the group and boutique fitness feild. There is a reason that no one lasts a full year here - most resign on poor terms after being met with unrelenting hostility. Contracts outline a demolition clause allowing them to strip your from your role without warning or cause, and this is something they do with abandon. Unethical leadership and exhausting expectations with little to no support. Truly the most shocking environment I've experienced.
