Pros
Salary, company culture, employee stock program, great benefits and awesome company perks. I can’t say enough about the culture. These are really high stress times, post Covid era, and Jazz does a really good job of helping you to stay focused by helping you to stay comfortable. If you pay people good money and make them feel comfortable they will give your company the best that they have.
Cons
As with any pharmaceutical sales position, your immediate manager is crucial to how much you’ll enjoy the job. That said, having worked in this industry for over a decade. Jazz is one of the best companies I’ve enjoyed working for. No one gives you the impression they’re running around like their heads on fire. Everyone is pretty enjoyable.
