Pros
Many people who genuinely care about the work they do. Good pipeline and frequent communication at multiple levels.
Cons
Politics in a growing company, VPs and Directors more focused on making themselves look good rather than building up individuals in their teams. For all the talk about company culture, many recent promotions have been to individuals who prioritize results at any cost and have driven good people out the company. Turnover issues have not been addressed in key functions.
