      Excellent onboarding process Surpising lack of the usual psycopathic leadrrship and ego Welcoming culture Remote first flexible working is a definte plus

      Cons

      Very lean teams, perhaps a little lean in places Far too much mandatory SOP training, its never ending and a much irrelevant to the role, pehaps due to some recent code breaches.
