      The salary, free food and some of the perks

      Work/ life balance. Some vp are really rude and speak to anyway they feel. Have you stay in the office unreasonable things sometimes

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
