      you have a job, not much to do, relaxing place

      Too many, old company, feels like a firm in 2000 and before. Beware of claw-backs, they don't tell you about this when they hire you.

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
