Everyone on the team is super nice and they will go the extra mile to actually teach you and provide solid feedback and constructive criticism as well as thank you for your hard work, which has never happened to me before in this industry

Working hours are the same as you would expect from a London-based team, but if you are dedicated to IB it's not something that should scare you
