      Growing Platform with full service investment Banking capabilities. Ability to chase deals independently. Some solid senior bankers. All Cash comp. Good training program.

      Cons

      Abrasive environment. Difference of treatment between sector groups. Quantity of deals rather than sizeable deals. Protectionism of certain groups/MDs. Low investment on Culture.

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
