      Experience was great, learning from some very knowledgable colleagues who push you to work your butt off. Crazy work schedule

      Cons

      Face time is a must which in my opinion is the worst part about this job. Sometimes it is slow and you need to stick around late

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
