      Good company overall. Great training dept.

      Cons

      The New Braunfels branch has terrible management. The branch manager comments on your clothes, looks, hair etc. Very toxic work environment. Treated tellers terribly, zero flexibility when it comes to emergency's.

      Pros

      Jefferson Bank treats their employees like they are family. Great organization and pillar in our community.

      Cons

      Employees have been in their roles for years so it is hard to advance to new positions. This is a good thing for the bank but hard for an employee who would like to advance.
