Pros
Its a very innovative company. The work is exciting, and cutting edge. It was a great opportunity to develop my skills, while working on something that I truly believed in.
Cons
As it is a startup, it was quite crowded and the office was on the smaller side. There was little guidance, so you had to be quite self motivated and stick course.
