Pros
The company has some good Leaders in some areas & some hard workers. They did have good direction to standardize common processes & improve outcomes.
Cons
Overall poor culture, passive aggressive attitude & too much politics. The Leadership team is disconnected. They are cutting people but keeping some lower performing GM & Managers who don't display good values. Better GM's & Managers that work hard, with higher capability & values, & who people can learn from are the ones leaving.
