      - honest and caring and open-minded management (maybe sometimes very honest); - friendly support in everything; - flexible working hours; - compensation for any training; - basketball field nearby and shower in the office;

      - no cutting edge technologies in the project; - no QAs; - no bonuses like extra medical insurance/pensions plans/meal vouchers and so on

      relatively flexible work schedule friendly management

      slow development of the company there are no bonuses other than 50% of the monthly salary at the end of the year and this is at best
