Administration listens to staff Benefits are great

Not a lot of physical space for it to grow

It’s a more competitive pay for the area

Students and parents are racists/homophobic/against you unless you are a white, conservative, Christian. And not a true Christian either. A self righteous, non loving thy neighbor Christian. Administration will do nothing about it because they are afraid to stand up to parents/maybe believe this way themselves. This community still feels like they are living in the 1950s
