Pros
The people you work! It was a diverse group and all work hard for their money. I would also have to say the CEO on Thanksgiving handed out full dinners to include a large frozen turkey... Felt that was very nice and did make you feel like "part of the family"....
Cons
Not sure where to start... It's a numbers game and they never let you know what numbers they're working with. You could spend days with a customer and only make a hundred bucks if it comes to your client not wanting a $500 emergency kit. Also I don't believe they are legally allowed to require you to be there clock in and yet every minute you're on the clock they charge you through their ADP system it shows they give you an hourly rate because you're required to be there everyday doesn't matter how many cars you sell yet they put you on a "draw" to make it seem like you get paid steady income when really it's steady debt...in debt to them. Pencils were drawn up by managers behind closed doors and became embarrassing when you'd have a customer wanting to stay within $300 them hand you an offer for a car base model at $550 a month and were required to present it to them I find it very disrespectful
