It is difficult to reconcile the extremely negative picture painted here with the fact that you chose to remain with us for nearly a decade. Most people do not stay that long in a workplace they genuinely consider “awful” in every dimension, culture, pay, management, people, and HR. A nine-year tenure typically reflects at least some periods of satisfaction, growth, stability, or opportunity that outweighed the frustrations at the time.
While we’re sorry your final impression was so poor, the broader feedback we receive from the majority of current team members and other long-tenured employees continues to be significantly more positive across the areas you’ve highlighted.
