Pros
The coworkers that you get are great they usually range from high schoolers to almost retired adults. It is a job that makes you feel good inside because you are caring for elderly people who need help.
Cons
Management is horrible they either don’t appreciate you or are never there to help you. It feels like they don’t know what they are doing and they take it on you if you question it. Also very cheap we had to fight for fair pay and they are very understaffed.
