Pros
Everything is remote but with huge catches. It is abnormally strict, as you also have to tell management every time you go to the bathroom, make a cup of coffee, or answer the door. You get gifted a lot of product/clothing but not many other pros, to be honest.
Cons
If "everything" could be an answer that would be mine. The management was the biggest issue for all of the employees, there was no trust, empowerment, or reciprocation for employees. If you miss more than 1 or 2 calls per week, you have to have a very uncomfortable meeting with management. It is more of a need for control than a comfortable and productive workspace. There is no such thing as a two-way street, and as I said above, you have to notify them anytime you use the restroom or make a cup of coffee. If you do not clock in or out on the :00 dot, you get in huge trouble. Would not recommend this job to anyone, and anyone that has previously worked in this department would agree. I can honestly say this was the worst job I have ever had.
