8yWe are reading and responding to as many of these postings as possible. The HR team is sharing the information with the local leadership as well as the senior operations management and executive team. As you may be able to imagine, it is not easy to publicly respond to anonymous complaints with limited context and no two way dialogue. My team and I do try to spend time in Centers so that we are listening to our employees and having dialogue with employees. I would encourage you to have constructive engaging conversations with your local leadership about the health of the business and understand why we have been making these changes.
