Building relationships with clients and helping them to their goal weight.

Cons

Where do I begin? - Pay is horrible. Commission based pay makes consultants greedy. - Hours are terrible. Have to work a split shift, two nights a week and Saturday. - Constantly having to phone clients and harass them to get them to come back to the centre. Almost everyone faked their calls because they weren't hired to be telemarketers. - Always about numbers and reaching that quota. You get in trouble when a client doesn't buy food. You can't force someone to buy food. I don't miss working there one bit. I only wish I could give it ZERO stars.
