Status quo prevails in this position. A non-user friendly database combined with old administrative practices gives this position/company a low score; Not a place to disrupt status quo with new tech tools that make it easier/faster (even if as simple as Find feature in Excel spreadsheet) Trainer will not provide all information first time around, neither in writing nor verbally, to complete assignment correctly. Trainer (wife of Manager) has difficulty handing over reigns of position responsibility and moving on.
