Lack of organization and cohesiveness - largely due to aggressive mergers and differing cultural mindsets Too much concern around bottom line and hitting unrealistic targets No clear path of advancement for Associate level or otherwise "Boys club" mentality tends to prevail - awkward interactions with Senior Management as a young female employee, often feel as if others are being chosen and thought of for projects simply because of gender and ease of spending time with. While some exist, there are very few women mentors and no formal attempt to connect women in the company for mentorship.
