4yThank you for your feedback and longstanding tenure with JH. We continue to have a doer-seller workforce. However, we are hopeful the new organizational structure that more directly aligns our corporate functions and administrative team to support Operations and the addition of a few key roles will alleviate some of the stress for our staff. Also, while we continue to grow through acquisition, we agree that our employees have to come first and continue implementing programs and initiatives to make this a great place to work for all—best of luck in your future endeavors.
