Thanks for dropping a note here! Fostering a flexible work environment has been a key priority for us this year, so we are happy to see that you enjoy the flexibility. The company has undergone large organizational changes, and while they have been exciting and are putting us on the right path, we realize it takes time to adjust. Based on hosted feedback sessions held with staff across the organization in 2020, we implemented a new organizational structure that we are hopeful will foster the One Company atmosphere you are looking for.
