3yWe appreciate your comments! Over the last few years we have made significant changes to the organization beginning with establishing our Purpose + Principles that drive everything we do. We have been intentional about the changes we’ve implemented and are thrilled to hear the shifts are having a positive impact on our staff. We are committed to offering competitive total compensation to our employees and have made meaningful adjustments over the last year. However, we realize this is an area we must monitor closely and take action on, especially in our current market. We also agree that in order to remain an industry leader our tools and systems must reflect as such.
