Pros

Nagsimula ako sa JeonSoft bilang Technical Support noong 2021, at masasabi kong isa ito sa mga experience na malaki ang naitulong sa personal at professional growth ko. From day one, tinrato ako ng team bilang pamilya. Yung onboarding process ay maayos, clear ang instructions, at supportive ang mga senior staff sa pag-guide sa akin sa system and tools na ginagamit namin. As a tech support, exposed kami sa iba't ibang clients and cases kaya mabilis kaming natuto, lalo na pagdating sa payroll systems at government compliance. Isa sa mga bagay na na-appreciate ko ay yung open communication—madali lapitan ang mga supervisors at managers, at pinapakinggan talaga nila ang suggestions or concerns mo. Workload can be challenging lalo na kapag peak season (cut-off, year-end, etc.), pero rewarding naman kasi natututo ka how to manage pressure and deliver quality support kahit under time constraints. Company culture is collaborative, may mga fun activities din like team buildings and monthly celebrations na nakakatulong para maging light ang work environment kahit maraming tasks. In terms of growth, may mga opportunities to upskill and mag-expand ng knowledge sa ibang areas like QA, implementation, and even training support kung interesado ka. Overall, grateful ako sa JeonSoft for giving me a solid foundation in tech support and HRIS. Kung naghahanap ka ng role na hands-on, fast-paced, at may chance to grow, this company is a great place to start.

Cons

NONE so far. I am satisfied with my experience there.

Pros

Established Company Decades of experience in the local payroll and business software market and clear product domain focusing on localized enterprise HR solutions.

Cons

Unstructured Onboarding: New hires face a lack of structured training modules, formal documentation, or clear technical guidelines. Management Culture: Heavy micromanagement and over-the-shoulder monitoring from training staff instead of constructive mentorship. Tense Work Atmosphere: High-pressure environment with poor communication boundaries, creating an unnecessary amount of workplace anxiety for new team members. Defensive Leadership: Internal feedback regarding training friction is met with defensiveness, often rationalizing poor training habits as "normal industry pressure." Strict Contract Constraints: Employment requires signing long-term contract bonds with steep lock-in periods, which creates massive friction given the high-pressure training culture.
