The hours. I work mon-fri. No weekends. But I work in the body shop side so it's a little different than the sales side. I used to work sales and that was too time consuming. The only thing I would say about Jerry's that needs to improve is training new sales people. A lot of salesmen are thrown out there with no idea on what they're doing.
Cons
There's not really many challenges at all. My job is very easy. Maybe burnout? That's all I can really say.
