Pros

- near lrt and monorail - easy career advancement, within two weeks will be made team leader and u form ur own team but it is like MLM

Cons

- u need to get people to sign up to do monthly donation for UNICEF. The technique they teach u to approach people is a bit unethical and pushy. - u need to enter random offices and lie to them and say u have appointment with hr and then proceed to talk about UNICEF and push them to donate - sometimes even approach random people on the street or malls - no basics, only commissions based. U get minimum rm130 per sign up. The commission depends on which monthly subscription the donor choose, minimum amount is RM50 per month. If donor cancel before first donation, u dont get commissions. - dont like their culture, its like a scamming people by telling others they are donating 100% to children in need and refugee when not 100% go to the children

Pros

- The ideas you get about business. But it doesn't matter once you get into the second stage, this box will be undermined.

Cons

Update: They are changing the company name to NASAD EMS Solutions. - GASLIGHTING. Even if you’re a confident person, they will break you and make you doubt your own capabilities until you are handicapped to decide whether something is right or wrong. You will be pushed into cognitive dissonance. - TRIANGULATION among co-workers. Although you are doing your job, they will purposely create insecurity. - PROJECTION. You being brave enough to voice your mind is called 'rebellious' by the boss. You may have said something naturally, in a joking manner, but you will be labelled a negative person spreading negative thoughts to others. - MORAL HIGH GROUNDING - They frame their specific ideologies as the "only right way" to think, making your beliefs seem foolish, immature, childish. - SMEAR CAMPAIGN - a humble reply with no intention, will be called buttering. The boss and the managers will be discussing how you behave after office hours. - SOCIAL SECLUSION - once you get the 'rebel', 'negative person' label, they will make you work alone, although you guys are going to a place as a group. Alone means you have to do your job, but no buddy to accompany you. It won't stop for that one time. If you're not that good at your work, the boss or managers will purposely group all the 'not-so-good at work' people to go work alone whenever there are new people coming into the office. - If you're reading this and soon to join the company, remember whatever I talk here will be made into a topic for the 'Leaders Meeting' discussion in the morning. - NO Work Life Balance. The 'Boss' believes that when people have at least 1 million in their account, they are eligible to advocate and achieve work-life balance. For the office, we only work for 6 hours. But you have to arrive early in the morning for all the briefings and preparation, and go to workshops after the fieldwork. All that will be called a personal development session, not 'work'. Seniors told me there will be an evening management meeting after the half-day fieldwork on Saturday. That is also considered not work. If a leader's meeting is a sugar-coated consultation session, then a management meeting will be a long, insulting session. - NO Acknowledgement given. At first, they acknowledge you in an overwhelming way. But later on, although you deserve it, you will not get it. - They will say they like people asking questions. You will know the truth later. - NO EPF, SOCSO, INSURANCE, HEALTH Benefits. They will say everything is included in the small commission theyare offering. - If you are a person looking for a STABLE JOB, this is NOT the company. For them, basic salary earners are 'kakitangan', with low standards. - You LEARN BY HUMILIATION most of the time. You will find people who are katagelasticists and always like to talk in sarcasm. They call it professionalism. Oh, how I remember the boss shouting at the new HR until the other end of the building could hear it. - LIMITED to NO Reclaim. If you meet your trip target, you can get a certain percentage of the total amount you spend; if not, you bear the full amount. You cannot claim for parking, tolls, or petrol for a normal day’s journey. You will have to chip in with your colleagues. You might have to spend your own money for their Friday night parties, no claims, hihi. - WE ARE FAMILY, BUT WE ARE NOT. They will say you have to share your knowledge with other people. But your managers will secretly tell you to isolate from others and not to share. No matter whether you are a new or old employee, you are not allowed to be friends, as management fears you guys will gang up on them. - You CANNOT TRUST ANYONE. - MICROMANAGEMENT. The boss will delegate the work to your managers. But he will micromanage and criticise everything. - BAD DECISION MAKING & COMMUNICATION OF MESSAGES. The management will make a decision A at 9.00 am. It will be announced to everyone. At 10.15 am, decision A with some amendments (decision B) will be passed down by someone. At 11.30 am, decision C will be communicated to only certain people. When if you are at the lower level and you mess up, you will be barked. You cannot rely on the information of another manager who is not your direct leader. - PUBLIC HOLIDAY is a JOKE. If you're asking for leave on a normal day, you will be investigated (e.g., why? what? Everything. Even if you feel it is personal, you have to tell, because for them, personal is things behind your dress. Once you give the reason, they will make sure you earn some money that day first, and once you meet your personal target, you can go back to your personal work. If it is a public holiday like CNY, Raya, or Deepavali, anyone who is not celebrating still has to work, even though they say, 'We just encourage you guys to earn more money.' First, they said you will have to work only 5 and a half days, but it will slowly turn into 6 or 7 days a week. Of course, they will brainwash you that you can have your sweet time once you have become a project manager. I feel like I want to write more, but for now, enough. Hopefully, I can heal from this trauma.
