Pros
- Pay is pretty standard for this area
- J&FC is very committed to the security and happiness of not only the individuals who use their services, but to the employees as well.
- Employees are not afraid of "revenge" if they voice concerns like they are at other organizations in this area; house managers and administration are more than happy to listen and address any concerns.
- The benefits are wonderful, as are the employee perks (ex: a beautiful house dedicated to employee respite with a pool, cottage, and covered outdoor eating area).

I cannot think of a single thing that is not good about this organization.
