Pros
Good benefits, good working environment, generally not a political/polarized atmosphere. Good opportunities for collaboration and open discussion. Wonderful location. Good small-company efficiency.
Cons
Steadily decreasing benefits. Little control over project assignments. Many projects are dead-ends, in that they have infinite lifespan and do not emphasize skills that could be used in any other project or any other company. Ownership often seems completely unaware of the feelings or mood of the workforce.
