Pros
There are none...I know I sound disgruntled but there are truly no pros to working for this company. Unless you are a drug addict or criminal there are no pros to working for JetStream Ground Services because they will hire you no matter what even if you fall under both stated descriptions above in your current state of being.
Cons
low pay unorganized unsafe promote people they like instead of who should be in the position. You carry the blame for not finishing your tasks even if others are responsible for blocking you or stopping you from doing what you need to do. Every employee from American Airlines all the way down to the janitor is considered your boss at any level in JetStream Ground Services. Thefts happen in the JetStream Ground Service common area all the time and nothing is done about it.
