the work environment is super toxic, especially because of the dispatch manager. They are so unprofessional and disrespectful to talk to, instead of training you properly, they just bring pure anger and constant criticism. When they do give training, they constantly overload employees with too much information all at once, making it impossible to process. Yet, they have insanely high expectations and want you to be an expert right away. Their version of teaching is basically nonexistent because they just dump everything on you and expect you to know it immediately without giving any proper guidance. On top of the bad leadership, the company really tries to lowball you on the salary. The office vibe is also very exhausting since the setup feels like a cramped BPO floor. Plus, you have to deal with draining office politics. It's the type of place where they set you up to fail, but they expect perfection from day one.
