      Shift pattern Line managers involved in the operation All the front line staff at the FBO No night shifts Overtime

      Cons

      No perks Long hours after your shift is finished as you don’t want to leave your team mates struggling , Overwhelmed Pressured Lack of staff Low pay for Industry Concerns about operational issues and workload not taken onboard. No rewards for operational staff and operational line managers .

      Positive work environment and very encouraging. The HR at Jetex US is very helpful and great to work with.

      Pros

      You will work with an amazing group of people that become like family. The office is very laid back and there’s no micromanaging.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible, no bonus, no raises, the benefits are mediocre, upper management is disorganized and unfair. There’s no room for growth with this company and you will become stuck.
