Most of the people are friendly and humble

Management is not very transparent, I am not sure where the company is going; the developers are not being respected and it seems the management think everyone is replaceable; very stressful working environment, company expect a lot for the amount of salary they are willing to pay; it tries to cut corners everywhere, but it just feels like employees are paying for management's incompetence

Familiar, fun, creative. Startup-feeling but pretty big and stable company. Nice offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Oslo. Can work remote as well. 30 days vacay. Health insurance. Occupational Pension. Wellness allowance. Nice work stations. Mobile phone and mobile subscription. Kick-off's. Education and time for learning at work. etc.

Not global with offices outside the nordics.
