Pros
ATI has been growing exponentially over the past 5 years, the company almost doubled in size. Pay, QOL among other metrics are constantly improving, it is a welcoming environment, with lots of opportunities.
Cons
The airplanes flown are getting old. Some of the operations aspects are a little dated (paper weight and balance) among other things.
