Online process was easy and went smoothly

Cons

I had surgery and was unable to drive, placed my order online for delivery couple hours prior to available delivery time available and got a delivery notification that my order was delivered. I never got a delivery and was told by the store manager that it's been happening a lot because Uber does the delivery and I guess the drivers keep the order. So I was left unprepared after surgery no food in my home that I could eat. They then promised to delivery at 7am the next day, that never happened, finally it showed up at 11:30 and I was very unhappy. Customer service and the local Jewel on 121st and Pulaski failed! And they behaved as if they didn't care.

401k Health/Dental/Vision Insurance PTO Flexible schedules Great company to work for if you have a disability

Cons

Senior-level management is out of touch with what goes on in the stores. Will never have enough funding to schedule workers in order to meet the needs of the business. Goals and expectations can be unreasonable at times.
