I had surgery and was unable to drive, placed my order online for delivery couple hours prior to available delivery time available and got a delivery notification that my order was delivered. I never got a delivery and was told by the store manager that it's been happening a lot because Uber does the delivery and I guess the drivers keep the order. So I was left unprepared after surgery no food in my home that I could eat. They then promised to delivery at 7am the next day, that never happened, finally it showed up at 11:30 and I was very unhappy. Customer service and the local Jewel on 121st and Pulaski failed! And they behaved as if they didn't care.
