Free use of facilities (limited membership): gym, pool, gym equipment. Discounted classes. Free food at times. Encouraged to have unity of employees. Free workshops. Friendly to all people: race, religion, status.

Overwhelmed staff above me were given too many tasks, didn't have time to answer me when I had problems.
