The organizational culture is very pleasant, friendly, inclusive and diverse. Executive leadership is down-to-earth, humorous, professional and very insightful. The staff are very patient and kind. Sharing (whether it's information, food, basic conversation, etc.) is highly noticeable and helpful in positive engagement. JHL promotes healthy work/life balance. Great benefits!

Team I worked with was great. Unfortunately, they're all gone. Management's focus is all on the bottom line.

Management keeps cutting staff at the Jewish Home, depriving residents of needed care. It's sad.
