None really. Can't honestly give a good reason to work here.
Cons
They scam the public. Most of their vehicles have defects that get hidden. They turnoff check engine lights without fixing the issue. They do shady bodyshop work to hide accidents. They make so much money from sales but pay only 150 flat commission. So if a deal grosses 5k, the salesman gets 150 minis taxes. There's a reason people keep writing negative reviews about this dump. Avoid at all costs
