      Fast-paced, quick advancement if you demonstrate your abilities, flexible store managers.

      Cons

      Some people should not be working in that type of environment, non existence of vetting candidates for ancillary management. Not enough pay. As volume fluctuates your hours are flexed. Lack of management communication skills with upper management.

      Its a stepping stone job

      Cons

      They have no care for you. You are a number to them. Family means nothing, personal life means nothing. You want time you off for anything unless your a favorite you will be scolded for it
