This is by far the most toxic company I have ever worked for. They have a initiation program, essentially, called detox. They say they are trying to wipe your mind of everything you have learned at any other employer. During this time older employees are encouraged to be disrespectful and treat you terribly to see how much you can stand. Does not make much sense when you are putting dust in a box. It’s seriously like a cult. The Director of manufacturing is narcissistic and belittling. Run from this place as fast as you can. The Personal Development Director will gossip about you behind your back to other employees. The Director of Finance will try to get you to gossip about management. If you value being a decent human being, don’t work here.
