Very flexible schedule and understanding GM. Great if you are looking for a job to gain experience. It's is very easy to go up and become manager if you show the right skills

Low remuneration for the amount of work. Sometimes there is a lack of communication and there is a lot of whispering within employees. I guess like any other restaurant
