Pros

Great schedule that's about it it cost money to work for them no advancement just lying bastards make you buy a car up your payment and then screw you over on car allowance

Cons

Poor pay, employer dishonest about pay plan, cost money to work for them, just dishonest people in charge not the Shorkey's. The person that runs 2 parts of their company is the one who's dishonest

There are good people within the organization, and the automotive industry itself can provide strong earning potential for motivated employees. The customer traffic, product lineup, and overall opportunity to build a career are there when the environment is operating correctly. The experience also helped build resilience, product knowledge, and customer relationship skills.

Cons

• A culture of nepotism and favoritism created the perception that opportunities, advancement, and deal flow were not always tied to performance or experience. • Over-hiring on the sales floor created excessive internal competition, leaving too many employees competing for limited opportunities. • Ongoing inventory shortages hurt both employees and management alike, making it difficult to maintain consistent income, customer satisfaction, and overall store performance. • Over time, the environment became increasingly clique-driven rather than team-oriented, which negatively affected morale, professionalism, and retention.
