Pros

The only pro I can think of is the weekly lunch.

Cons

Extremely bad culture and senior management. The COO is unqualified for the job to lead such a large organisation. Financial mismanagement resulted in many staff being made redundant, while the CEO and COO take no responsibility and blame other staff that they removed from their positions. Prior to being made redundant, the COO assured me that he wouldn't and that I was his choice to lead a new development phase (all lies). After being made redundant, HR and the COO promise to do everything they can to help you find another job, including writing reference letters and reviewing resumes. After 3 months, I haven't heard a thing from them.

Pros

Thursday lunch was supplied which was pretty good

Cons

There was no help with your job from the start, no guidance whats so ever. Other co-workers would try to help but they were swamped as well. Management was useless. The COO has the emotional intelligence of a sock. Way in over his head. You could never get him when you needed him. The Sales process was lengthy, with no guidance made it incredibly hard. I had a 5 hour dispute over email to get commission i was owed because accounts didnt know sales was supposed to get commission until they heard it from COO. No one seems to know what they are doing. Every one was talking behind each other's back and the turn over of employees was mental. In my first 8 weeks 3 were walked out and 3 others quit from what I expect was burnout.

Pros

Flexible work hours, work independently, and get to manage your own schedule.

Cons

No actual support from the head office. High fees, no training, no technical help. They always blame franchisees and never listen. Even unfair customer complaints are pushed to you, and they never help you get paid.
