      Pros

      I joined Jimdo a few months ago, I'm still really surprised by the amount of amazing and skilled people working here. As an EM, is not always super easy to find a place to learn and grow. In Jimdo there are many challenges, like in most of the companies in the tech world, but here there is always the space to learn from failures, a clear and organized learning path for managers, and more important, managers are really here to support and help you, always. This makes me really proud and happy.

      Cons

      Right now the tech market is still in a moment where many companies are changing their internal organization, and Jimdo is changing as well, in many areas. My feeling is that they are all good changes, and we are getting better and better, but we are still in an evolving phase.

      Pros

      Jimdo is a place filled with talented, dedicated people who are myopically focused on achieving their mission of helping their customers be successful. If you're a person looking to learn new skills, take on additional responsibility, be challenged by complex projects and develop your career, this is THE place for you to be. Additionally, Jimdo is incredibly flexible and treats their employees like humans, values diversity, asks for employee's opinions, is super transparent and invests in their employee's development.

      Cons

      Jimdo is in a period of transition and change (almost all for the better). However, you have to know that, and want that. As examples, policies evolve, new people are hired, new products are always launched, tests occur constantly, etc. If you are looking for a place that will allow you to skate by without hard work, this is NOT the place for you.
