Thank you for sharing your review with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed a good work-life balance during your time at Jimdo and appreciate your kind words about our CEO and co-founder, Matthias Henze.
We noticed that you parted ways with Jimdo over a year ago and are only now writing your review. Over the past 12-24 months, Jimdo has undergone significant professionalization and growth, and some of your feedback, where relevant, may no longer be applicable.
We understand that change can be challenging, especially when your hiring manager changes shortly after you onboard. Due to the dynamic nature of our business and the markets we serve, we must continuously adapt our organizational structure and business strategies to best support our customers. Success at Jimdo requires embracing a fast-paced environment and being comfortable with a degree of uncertainty.
We're sorry that the exit interview did not go ahead as planned.
