      Great company culture, excellent leadership, open to ideas and feedback, Best company I have worked for to date.

      Cons

      After store management growth/progression slows down, however this is similar in most comapanies and they have a great mentorship program.

      Decent employee discounts, nice time off, generally allows for work-life-balance

      Cons

      Negative culture, difficult to work with the HQ who are very condescending, little to no growth opportunities and raises are very rare
