Pros

Fast-paced (time flies by when you're working!), fun, consistent, and an AMAZING corporate training program. Best company culture I've been exposed to. Some of the best performing stores in the nation are in Aurora, CO. You will learn SO much from management, they are very hands on and and won't hesitate to share their knowledge with you. Also, you hand out free sandwiches and everyone in the city loves you and recognizes you everywhere you go. "Free Sandwich Girl!" Always had the weekends off, very hard to find in the restaurant industry. Some management started as delivery drivers so there is definitely potential to GROW within the company.

Cons

You have to start at the bottom and learn the in's and out's of the restaurant (making sandwiches, cleaning the store.) Expectations are very high, be ready to work hard and take criticism on a daily basis. Hostile work environment if there is a sandwich error or issue with management. Restaurant is understaffed due to fast turnover (common in restaurant industry) so be prepared to jump in and help as needed.

Pros

Good pay, if there aren't too many drivers, and you're at a good place for lunch, you can expect to make around $50 in tips per day or more, and get reimbursed for mileage. The people there can be hit or miss, some people can be very fun to work with and responsible.

Cons

The upper management can be lead with too many sensitive women, who don't know how to diagnose situations properly, and take the side of the immature employees who get offended way too easily. The co-workers can be very young and irresponsible, but this is par for the course for food places if you don't have strong leadership.
