Pros

*Fun atmosphere *Working with young people *Easy job *Flexible hours

Cons

*Upper management doesn't seem to care about regular employees (I worked there for four years and the owner of a 5-store franchise never could call me by name.) *Extra responsibilities aren't worth the tiny pay raise (manager's make about $12/hour are responsible for the success of the store.) *Doesn't pay overtime. (my franchise, at the time called Turner Services Group, wouldn't pay overtime because generally people who worked more than 40 hours both delivered and worked in-shop. Because these two positions had a different pay scale, the company doesn't pay overtime for picking up extra shifts if your work as both of these positions adds up to more than 40 hours. Even if you did work 40 hours in one position, asking for overtime only meant your hours would be cut, resulting in fear of management.)

Pros

Good pay, if there aren't too many drivers, and you're at a good place for lunch, you can expect to make around $50 in tips per day or more, and get reimbursed for mileage. The people there can be hit or miss, some people can be very fun to work with and responsible.

Cons

The upper management can be lead with too many sensitive women, who don't know how to diagnose situations properly, and take the side of the immature employees who get offended way too easily. The co-workers can be very young and irresponsible, but this is par for the course for food places if you don't have strong leadership.
